On Behavior of Systems of Automata in Small Groups with a Hierarchy

The author investigates the behavior in random media of automaton models of small groups with and without a leader. The advantages of the behavior dynamics of groups with a leader are ascertained. It is shown that “optimism” in ratings by team members of the results of their actions facilitates an increase in the mean gain of the system.
