Abstract: We study optimal control problem for distribution of a biological population depending on distribution of nutrition of a given amount. The model is described by a nonlinear elliptic equation of logistic type with Dirichlet boundary conditions. The existence of an optimal solution is established. The main result is a proof of necessary optimality conditions. (In Russian).

Key words and phrases: elliptic partial differential equations, stationary populational models, optimal control, necessary optimality conditions.
