Abstract: Growing volumes of genomic data on transcription factor binding site location, chromosome contacts and the genome features annotations basedon modern sequencing technologies need development of new software and algorithms for processing and analysis of such data. The supercomputing allows to study problems of transcription regulation at qualitatively new level. We consider problems of genome sequencing based on ChIP-seq, ChIA-PET and Hi-C technologies. We present computer programs to solve these tasks and discuss future development. (In Russian).
