Abstract: Due to the growth of genomics data there is an increasing need to develop new software for the processing and analysis of genomic data on chromosome contacts, transcription factor binding sites, and the genome features annotations based on modern sequencing technologies. We consider the technology of obtaining and analyzing genomic sequencing data based on ChIA-PET and Hi-C technologies. The computer program for statistical data processing and analysis methods for chromosome contacts data is presented. (In Russian).
