Abstract:
Contains the description of algorithm of the decision of a problem of distribution of assimilating ability of the river between water users. Definition of a free resource and assimilating ability is made. Their numerical values are deciphered. Variants of distribution of assimilating ability of the river are shown. The example of distribution of loading on a river basin is set.
