Abstract: Mathematical models of competitional and collaborative markets are considered. Problems of maximum of profit and maximum of competitional surplus are formulated. Controls are prices and restrictions are put for reaction of the market. The market is considered as a Markov chain where transfer intensities are determined by prices of competitive firms. The problems are solved for duopolistic market.
