Algorithmic and software support for atherosclerosis diagnostics information system

The problems of extraction of diagnostic information and decision-making on possible atherosclerotic affection of human vessels are considered. The system of bio-medical signals processing and calculation of parameters of vessels elastic characteristics on the basis of pulse-wave form analysis is described. The system enabled to form the diagnosis of a patient's cardiovascular system condition on the basis of the expert base.
