Experimental observation of narrowing of nonlinear resonances in high-intensity laser fields

Abstract: A method is proposed for observing nonlinear resonances due to higher-order saturation effects. The experimental results indicate narrowing of these nonlinear resonances compared with a homogeneous spectral line width.
