Abstract:
An experimental study was made of an associative holographic memory with a controlled phase transparency for the formation of an orthogonal set of key words. When a system of the Walsh functions was used as key words, the experimental signal/search-noise ratio amounted on the average to 150. The functional potentialities, structure, and ways of realization of such a memory were considered, as well as the organization of various algorithms for processing of the key-word coincidence signals.
