Optimization of the characteristics of a dispersive element based on a corrugated waveguide

Abstract: A selectively reflecting mirror based on a corrugated waveguide was used in semiconductor lasers with an external resonator. Two-layer thin-film waveguides provided extensive opportunities for optimization of the characteristics of such lasers.
