Light sensitivity of films of glassy chalcogenide semiconductors during pulsed recording of holograms

Abstract: An experimental study is reported of the feasibility of pulsed data storage in films of glassy chalcogenide semiconductors. A model is proposed to explain the considerable increase in the sensitivity of such films under pulsed conditions.
