Technical fluctuations of the radiation emitted from a laser with an absorption cell

A theoretical description is given of fluctuations of the intensity and frequency of a single–mode gas laser with an internal absorption cell. Attention is concentrated on fluctuations of the pumping rate and of selective losses.
