Abstract:
An experimental investigation was made of multi- wave generation of radiation pulses of ~5 ns duration in lasers with a self-converter based on stimulated Raman scattering in an Nd3+:KGd(WO4)2 crystal. The efficiency of conversion to the first Stokes component with the wavelength 1.18 μm was about 70% and simultaneous generation was possible at three wavelengths (1.067, 1.18, and 1.32 μm), each with the same intensity. Simultaneous generation of 14 wavelengths was observed.
