Coherent reflectometer with a two-fibre scattered-light interferometer

Abstract: We have designed and implemented a new fibre-optic phase-sensitive coherent reflectometer configuration, which allows one to avoid signal fading owing to the use of a two-fibre scattered-light interferometer.
