Abstract:
Incorporation of a strontium optical clock as an optical frequency reference into the primary standard GET 1-2018 is experimentally implemented. A new model is proposed to define a local atomic time scale using an optical reference incorporated into a complex for reproducing primary standard units. Preliminary results of comparing the frequencies of the optical reference and the hydrogen maser entering the composition of primary time and frequency standards are presented.
