Abstract:
This paper presents results of a comparative analysis of thermo-optic parameters of potassium titanyl phosphate (KTP) crystals. We demonstrate that some relations for temperature derivatives of their principal refractive indices have limited applicability. We propose that, to more accurately determine these parameters, temperature-noncritical phase matching should be taken into account.
