Abstract: The photosensitivity of detectors of laser radiation based on the natural type IIa diamond (Alameda Applied Sciences Corporation, USA) are studied at the wavelengths 222, 308, 337, and 353 nm. The limiting intensities (0.5 – 4 MW cm-2) of UV laser radiation are determined at which the detectors operate in a linear regime.
