Constructional features of a LISD-2M laser velocimeter and rangefinder

Abstract: The constructional features of a velocimeter – rangefinder based on pulsed AlGaAs/GaAs heterolasers are considered. The characteristics of the measuring instrument as well as of its individual elements (laser array and photodetector) are presented.
