Abstract:
The layer thicknesses in highly reflective periodic and aperiodic multilayer MgF
2
/LiF, LiF/Al, and MgF
2
/Al mirrors have been optimized numerically for the wavelength interval λ = 100–150 nm. The reflection coefficient can reach 99–99.9%.
