Pulse generator for modulation of a low-voltage pockels cell

Abstract: The circuit is given of a generator of square voltage pulses of up to 1.5 kV amplitude and up to 300 kHz repetition frequency. The generator is intended for modulation of a Pockels cell in which the transverse electrooptical effect in a KDP crystal is used. The cell is intended as a Q switch of a solid-laser resonator.
