Laser projection interferometer with a large-diameter field of view and a copper-vapor brightness amplifier

Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of various optical configurations of a laser projection interferometer with a large-diameter field of view and a copper-vapor brightness amplifier. The maximum diameter of the field of view was 36 mm. Different experimental configurations were used to achieve and study multibeam interference of reflected light corresponding to the cases of "reversed" and "nonreversed" fringes. Interferograms of the investigated objects are reproduced.
