Kinetics of angular and spectral characteristics of excimer laser radiation

The three-dimensional transfer equation is used to analyze the divergence of laser radiation from XeCl and KrF excimer lasers with plane–plane and telescopic resonators. Narrowing of the transition line profile in the amplifying medium is discussed.
