Stabilization of the emission frequency of an injection semiconductor laser by an external confocal interferometer

Abstract: The emission frequency of an injection semiconductor laser was stabilized using a resonance of the transmission of a high-Q confocal interferometer. A relative frequency stability of ~10–10 was achieved.
