Abstract:
A theoretical study is made of the dynamics of emission from an injection laser with two strongly coupled resonators. It is shown that such a laser operates in two stable regimes and the range of existence of each regime is considerably wider than in a single-resonator laser. An experimental study of these regimes is reported.
