Analog of the Franck–Condon principle for a heterojunction laser inhomogeneous over its length

An analog of the Franck–Condon principle is formulated for a heterojunction laser inhomogeneous along its resonator axis and described as consisting of two composite (homogeneous over their length) active regions.
