Abstract:
Tunable laser systems with spatial intracavity separation of the emission lines are considered. The operating features of the lasers in the visible and infrared spectral regions are discussed. Resonators of the chosen type are shown to be suitable for pulsed TEA CO2 and dye lasers. Line selection was achieved in the cw regime for an argon laser and a CO2 laser with frequency stabilization based on the power maxima of the emission lines, leading in turn to stabilization of the output power.
