Calculation of the phase sensitivity of a thin-film controlled coupler

A calculation is made of the phase sensitivity of a controlled directional coupler based on diffused LiNbO₃:Ti channel waveguides. Diagrams are given for determining the value of the voltage at which the maximum phase sensitivity is obtained.
