Abstract:
Simultaneous parametric generation of higher stimulated Raman scattering (STRS) components each having a divergence less than two diffraction limits was achieved for the first time. Seven anti-Stokes and six Stokes components were obtained by STRS utilizing rotational hydrogen levels. The energy conversion efficiency was ~15–20% for the first to fourth Stokes components and 2 – n20% for the nth anti-Stokes component.
