External Bragg selection in a hot-hole germanium semiconductor laser

Abstract: Corrugated external dielectric plates were used in Bragg frequency selection in a hot-hole p-type Ge semiconductor laser emitting far-infrared radiation. This made it possible to generate various selected emission frequencies using the same active element.
