Abstract:
Efficient simultaneous stimulated emission of any two lines in different 00°1–10°0 (02°0) and 00°2–10°1 (02°1) sequence bands in a TEA CO2 laser was achieved. This was based on the separation of two orthogonally polarized waves. It was demonstrated experimentally that the spectral, energy, and temporal parameters of the two-wave lasing regime can be controlled over a wide range.
