Locking of stimulated Brillouin scattering components in a laser with a waveguide resonator

Locking of cascade components of stimulated Brillouin scattering, excited in a multimode fiber waveguide, was achieved for the first time. It is postulated that a new type of intermode wave phase matching is responsible for such locking.
