Abstract:
Theoretical predictions of enhancement of selective properties of a plane–plane resonator with a Fourier phase corrector were confirmed for a resonator in which small-scale phase inhomogeneities were present. Model inhomogeneities with variances of 0.2 and 0.6 rad2 in a CO2 laser resonator enhanced the axial power of the output radiation compared with that obtained in the absence of a corrector.
