Multichannel recording of spectra using charge-coupled devices and an Élektronika-60 computer

A study was made of the functional capabilities of a newly developed system for multichannel recording of spectra employing linear video signal shapers based on charge-coupled devices and utilizing an Élektronika-60 microcomputer. The system was employed to record the absorption spectra by intracavity laser spectroscopy. The main characteristics of the recording system and the recorded parts of the absorption spectrum of the atmosphere in the region of 591  nm are given.
