Abstract:
The emission spectra of injection lasers were recorded by a method capable of a high spectral resolution in a wide spectral range (tens of gigahertz). The fine structure of the emission spectrum of GaAs homojunction lasers was determined. In the vicinity of multifrequency operation it was found that changes in the parameters of the fine structure near 6 GHz were in the form of resonances and that satellites of several types with different dispersion laws were observed.
