Highly efficient neodymium glass and YAG picosecond pulse amplifiers

Abstract: A study was made of the injection of a picosecond pulse train from an oscillator with passive mode locking and negative feedback into Q-switched neodymium glass and YAG lasers in order to achieve efficient preamplification.
