Investigation of transmission of a complete SECAM color television signal with the aid of a thin-film electrooptic modulator

Abstract: An investigation was made of the transmission of a complete color television signal with the aid of a thin-film electrooptic modulator made of a Ti-diffused waveguide in LiNbO3. The ratio of the peak-to-peak amplitude of the signal to the effective value of the nonweighted fluctuation noise was 43 dB when the control voltage was ~2V.
