Energy and time characteristics of a streamer laser with longitudinal coupling out of radiation

The power and time characteristics of a semiconductor streamer laser with longitudinal coupling out of radiation were determined in the picosecond range. Methods for determination of the laser parameters are described and the service life of the semiconductor component of a streamer laser is estimated.
