Abstract:
An experimental investigation was made of the influence of the density of the exciting light in the 5.0–3.2 eV range on the optical (luminescence and resonance Raman scattering) spectra of cubic LiH crystals cleaved in liquid helium. A nonlinear dependence of these spectra on the excitation density was observed. The state of the surface had a decisive influence on the reproducibility of the results.
