Phase locking of lasers with a shared nonlinear cell

Abstract: An analysis is made of the possibility of locking of lasers with independent resonators as a result of a four-wave interaction in a nonlinear cell. Conditions for phase-locked lasing are determined theoretically and the stability of such lasing is investigated.
