Alkoxy(alkyl)silylalkyl derivatives of nitrogen-containing heterocycles

The published data on the synthesis, properties and transformations of alkoxy(alkyl)silylalkyl derivatives of nitrogen-containing heterocycles of the general formula Het(CH₂)_nSiX₃ are surveyed and systematised.
