The Reactivity of Aromatic Dialkenyl Compounds in Polymerisation Reactions

An attempt has been made for the first time to survey and describe systematically data on the characteristics of the polymerisation of aromatic dialkenyl compounds. The mechanisms of radical, cationic, and anionic polymerisations of these compounds as well as the structures of the resulting polymers, which are of theoretical and definite practical interest, are examined.
