The Adsorption–Absorption Gas Chromatography on Silochromes with Layers of Liquid Crystals

The results of studies of the properties of liquid crystals in a version of gas adsorption–absorption chromatography are surveyed. A general property of liquid crystals deposited on active adsorbent carriers, consisting in the possibility of extending the temperature range of the existence of their mesomorphic state, is revealed.
