Abstract:
The methods of synthesis, the properties, and the structure of new composite materials based on polymers and on clusters of the transition metals are discussed. The properties of metal–polymer systems of this type are shown to be very different from those of ordinary metal–polymer systems, in which the metal particle size is greater than 100 μm. The effect of the clusters on the structure of the polymers is examined, and examples of the dependence of the electrophysical and magnetic properties of metal–polymers on the concentration of metallic clusters are given. 62 references.
