Metal Complex Catalysis of Electrode Processes

A new field of application of metal complexes for the acceleration of electrode processes is examined. The general principles of the design of metal complex electrocatalytic systems are analysed and the results of studies carried out during the last 10 years on the electrochemical reduction and oxidation of various organic and inorganic substrates are surveyed.
