Colloid quantum dots in solar cells

Abstract: Published data on the use of colloid quantum dots in solar cells are analyzed and generalized. Various types of solar cells, their design and principles of functioning are considered. The key factors affecting the characteristics of these devices are discussed. Bibliography — 187 references.
