Abstract: The results of applications of theoretical kinetic and thermodynamic approaches to estimation of thermal stability of consolidated nanomaterials based on various metals, alloys and refractory compounds are considered. The principal experimental data concerning the stability of the nanomaterials, including radiation stability, abnormal grain growth and oxidation, are analyzed.
