Mathematical models of turbulent motion of an incompressible viscous fluid

The paper was apparently written at the end of the 1950s. The text is in its final form, but the list of references was not worked out in detail. Ya. G. Sinai added some comments to the text and included in the list of references some items related to the content of the paper.
