Abstract: The multidisciplinary analysis of the structure of a biological object reveals that the set of parameters for its description in the context of the genetic code only is not complete. On the other hand, conversion — a key event in the protein synthesis — has no analogues in classical physics and mathematics. Conversion is being discovered in a detailed analysis of transcription-translation transition in terms of fiber bundles theory. It represents a heterotopic transition that hides the analytical connection of the objects of this morphism. The introduction of a parameter of movement is fruitful when modeling the developing systems thus nesting the system into ${n+1}$-dimensional space. These aspects promote the revising the concept of organizing center in protein synthesis and ribosome work.

Keywords: protein synthesis, mathematical modeling, fiber bundles.
