Abstract: In this paper we discuss the mathematical modeling of the matrix synthesis of non-regular polymers of DNA, RNA and proteins. As an example, we consider a non-linear model allowing for reversibility and sinks. Numerical methods are used to study the possibility of describing the constructed model by a delay differential equation.

Keywords: mathematical model, matrix synthesis, difference scheme, autonomous system of equations, delay differential equation, uniform convergence.
