About the laws of propagation of shape deformations

We consider a one-dimensional automodel problem of an impact onto a deformed half-space in an incompressible elastic medium. Basing on the solution we study the one-dimensional interaction of flat shear shock waves coming toward each other from opposite directions and polarized in different planes.
